Radnor Fire Company Honorary Active Member Robert "Max" Klinger Sworn In As Chief of Police in Willistown Township

Wayne, Pa. -- The Officers and Members of Radnor Fire Company congratulate honorary active member Robert "Max" Klinger on his promotion and swearing in as Chief of Police in nearby Willistown Township.
More than 20 members of the company traveled Monday evening to Rita Reeves Park in Willistown for the brief, outdoor gathering and swearing in ceremony of Chief Klinger. Willistown Township Board of Supervisors Chair, William R. Shoemaker and the Honorable Thomas Tartaglio presided over the ceremony attended by PA State Police, Willistown, Chester, Radnor, TE and many other local police departments.
Chief Klinger joined the Willistown Police Department in 1989. He has a master's degree from Villanova University, and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy. In addition to being an honorary active firefighter at Radnor Fire Company, Max has served on the Board of Directors and currently holds the position of Treasurer at RFC.
